We believe that the best pregnancy experiences happen because mothers stay involved with their own care. As a service to you, our midwives would like to provide regular communication via text messaging, reminding you of appointments, offering general pregnancy advice, and compiling a Pregnancy Journal with weekly updates about you and your baby’s health.
At East Houston Regional Medical Center, we are serious about protecting the privacy of our patients. Please be assured that none of the information you provide will be shared with third-party entities and will only be used to communicate with you about our Women’s Care Center locations and your pregnancy.
General Internet communication is inherently not secure. For this reason, we highly recommend that data considered confidential or private in nature not be submitted on this form. (e.g., Social Security Numbers, Diagnosis Information, Credit Card Numbers, etc.)
