Welcome to the online home of East Houston Regional Medical Center! East Houston Regional Medical Center is an acute-care hospital on Interstate 10 East in the North Channel Area. Our facility is a comprehensive, community-based hospital with more than 200 of board certified primary and specialty physicians who handle a broad range of medical and surgical procedures. Our 131-bed facility boasts the only Level IV Trauma Designated Emergency Center in East Harris County. This certification allows our hospital to care for cases of extreme trauma and also allows for quick diagnosis and reduced wait times for our patients visiting the Emergency Center.
